 Membership includes all parties, instruction , prizes, refreshments, newsletters
and the Spring Prom Professional Photographs

You may enroll and pay by check by printing the  posted enrollment form below and mailing it.   Cotillion Membership is $200. for the Season.  You may use the payment plan if you prefer, which will be $70.00 for November, January and March.

Online enrollment is available, with credit card
payment by PayPal.  The PayPal payment of $206.27 if for the enrollment fee plus PayPal fee of $6.27.  Online payment is not available for the above payment plan or sibling discount.
